“This forum, round-table discussions and conferences definitely contribute scientific research results application in practice” opined Deputy Head of Healthcare Department of Novosibirsk region.

“MEDSIB 2008” represented a wide range of medical equipment and materials, pharmaceuticals from native and foreign producers, rehabilitation means, equipment and technologies for diseases diagnostics and treatment, software for medical institutions. “SIBDENT” section represented dentistry companies like: “Intermedservice”, “Dental-Siberia”, “Inversia”, “PresiDent”, “Hi-Tec Implants”, “Averon”, etc. “Shaklyne” company exhibited Korea-made new generation dental materials “DentKist”, distinguished for nanoparticles usage, universality and insignificant shrinkage.

Exhibition business program covered a wide range of conferences and seminars for various specialization. A seminar on “New technological capabilities of roentgen, optic-visual and genetic diagnostic methods, organized by Scientific Research Institute for Chemical Biology and Fundamental Medicine was outstanding. Special emphasis has been made on ultra-sound diagnostics application in gynecology and obstetrics. Development of infecundity treatment methods based on ray technologies is one of the key directions towards demographic situation in the country improvement. The reporters also touched upon 3D- and 4D-modelling usage in gynecology, modern IT-technologies application, fetus abnormity detection means.

Within the frameworks of the exhibition “Siberian Fair Golden Medal” contest was organized. Honored panel of judges has determined the winners, pointing out several Russian companies and research institutes contribution in medicine development.
